Contract Management

We advise on contract drafting and negotiations, including the preparation of state-of-the-art form document suites to streamline your entire contracting process. We also facilitate productive negotiations with vendors, subcontractors, manufactures or distributors in China. Our work will include but not limited to:

• Review all documents, perfect and refresh existing agreements

• Adjust contracts to meet the client expectations

• Offer suggestions for contract revisions

• Guide negotiations with subcontractors, manufactures or distributors in China

• Producing all other contracts that protect the business based on the specific needs of the client

• Development of confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements for use with employees, subcontractors, manufactures or distributors in China

• Drafting and improving owner and shareholder agreements

• Creating work agreements for any entities not employed by the client

• Developing employment agreements protecting intellectual property and other business assets
