With 16 years of experience leading China’s dynamic intellectual property landscape, I am a senior lawyer at a premier Chinese law firm, focusing on brand protection, complex IP litigation, and high-value licensing agreements. Throughout my career, I have handled multi-million dollar disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, and trade dress across courts nationwide, including landmark retrial cases before the Supreme Court.

I have developed global IP portfolios for state-owned enterprises and offered essential compliance and risk management advice to both domestic and international small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, I have helped hundreds of Chinese companies confidently expand into the EU, Middle East, and Latin America by protecting them from foreign IP risks.

Delivered comprehensive intellectual property legal services to Hubei Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd., encompassing trademark applications, market entry strategies, overseas company establishment, advertising compliance, and patent portfolio management across 100 countries, overseeing more than 1,000 trademarks both domestically and internationally.
Handled hundreds of trademark application, prosecution and admin litigation services for overseas companies from EU and US.
Represented Procter & Gamble (USA) in a trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit concerning the “Tide” trademark.
Acted on behalf of JOYCITY (South Korea) in a trademark infringement case related to “Street Basketball 2,” successfully securing RMB 3 million in compensation for the client, with full enforcement achieved.
Represented the Austrian equestrian brand “Miasuki” in a trademark infringement, unfair competition, and domain name dispute, a case recognized as one of the Top 10 IP Civil and Administrative Typical Cases by Shenzhen courts in 2021.
Represented Belgian company “Safety Jogger” in a trademark invalidation administrative litigation, achieving a reversal and victory in China Supreme Court.
