BEIJING CHINA IP & COMMERCIAL ATTORNEY Andrea Liang 梁雯律师
ABOUT ANDREA & HENGDU LAW FIRM
Andrea Liang (梁雯)
PARTNER
With 16 years of experience leading China’s dynamic intellectual property landscape, I am a senior lawyer at a premier Chinese law firm, focusing on brand protection, complex IP litigation, and high-value licensing agreements. Throughout my career, I have handled multi-million dollar disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, and trade dress across courts nationwide, including landmark retrial cases before the Supreme Court.
I have developed global IP portfolios for state-owned enterprises and offered essential compliance and risk management advice to both domestic and international small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, I have helped hundreds of Chinese companies confidently expand into the EU, Middle East, and Latin America by protecting them from foreign IP risks.
I believe outstanding legal service goes beyond technical expertise. Clients need more than just a lawyer; they require a strategic partner who delivers practical solutions to real-world problems. This involves deeply understanding their industry, recognizing its unique challenges, and building a relationship based on trust and shared values. For me, legal knowledge is just the starting point. My true value lies in my ability to achieve concrete results that resolve issues, safeguard assets, and advance business goals.
